Simply Words uygulamasını ("Uygulama") indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Uygulama, bireysel geliştirici Melih Mollaoğlu tarafından sunulur. İletişim: destek@simplywordsapp.com
1. Hizmet
Simply Words, Türkçe konuşanların İngilizce kelime ve ifade öğrenmesi için görsel kartlar, aralıklı tekrar, alıştırmalar, oyunlar ve koleksiyon kartları sunan bir mobil uygulamadır. Uygulamanın içeriği ve özellikleri zaman içinde değişebilir.
2. Hesap
- Uygulamanın kullanımı için e-posta ile hesap oluşturman ve e-posta adresini onaylaman gerekir.
- Hesap bilgilerinin doğru olmasından ve şifrenin gizliliğinden sen sorumlusun.
- 13 yaşından küçükler Uygulamayı kullanamaz; 18 yaşından küçükler ebeveyn veya veli izniyle kullanabilir.
3. Kullanım kuralları
- Kullanıcı adı ve profil fotoğrafı; hakaret, nefret söylemi, müstehcenlik, başkasının kimliğine bürünme veya hak ihlali içeremez.
- Uygulamayı, ödülleri veya davet sistemini hile, otomatik araç ya da sahte hesaplarla kötüye kullanmak yasaktır.
- Uygulamanın kodunu, içeriğini veya görsellerini izinsiz kopyalamak, dağıtmak ya da tersine mühendislik yapmak yasaktır.
Bu kurallara aykırılık hâlinde ilgili içerik kaldırılabilir, ödüller geri alınabilir veya hesap askıya alınabilir.
4. Ücretsiz kullanım ve abonelikler
- Uygulamanın temel kısmı ücretsizdir; günlük yeni kelime sayısı gibi bazı sınırlar vardır.
- Premium ve Premium Plus abonelikleri ile ömür boyu Premium satın alımı App Store veya Google Play üzerinden yapılır. Fiyatlar satın alma ekranında gösterilir.
- Abonelikler, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse aynı süre ve fiyatla otomatik olarak yenilenir. Ücret, hesabından mağazanın kuralları uyarınca alınır.
- Aboneliğini telefonunun mağaza ayarlarındaki Abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsin. Uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
- Ücretsiz deneme sunulursa, deneme bitmeden iptal edilmediğinde ücretli aboneliğe dönüşür.
- İade talepleri Apple veya Google'ın iade politikalarına göre ilgili mağaza üzerinden yapılır. Tüketici olarak yasal hakların saklıdır.
- Ömür boyu Premium, Uygulama sunulduğu sürece Premium özelliklerini kapsar; Premium Plus paketlerini kapsamaz.
- Satın alımlarını yeni bir cihazda "Satın alımları geri yükle" ile geri getirebilirsin.
5. Davet ödülleri ve koleksiyon kartları
Davet ödülleri, koleksiyon kartları, puanlar ve rütbeler Uygulama içi, parasal değeri olmayan öğelerdir; satılamaz, devredilemez ve paraya çevrilemez. Ödül kuralları değişebilir; kötüye kullanım tespit edilirse ödüller geri alınabilir.
6. Fikri mülkiyet
"Simply Words" adı, logosu, maskotu, kartları, görselleri, kelime listeleri, örnek cümleleri ve diğer tüm içerik Melih Mollaoğlu'na aittir veya lisanslıdır. Uygulamayı yalnızca kişisel, ticari olmayan öğrenme amacıyla kullanabilirsin.
7. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı garanti edilmez. Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde, Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumluluk kabul edilmez. Tüketici mevzuatından doğan hakların saklıdır.
8. Hesabın kapatılması
Hesabını istediğin zaman Uygulama içinden silebilirsin (Hesap Silme). Bu koşulların ağır ihlali hâlinde hesabın askıya alınabilir veya kapatılabilir.
9. Değişiklikler ve uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar güncellenebilir; önemli değişiklikler Uygulama içinde veya bu sayfada duyurulur. Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır.

By downloading or using the Simply Words app (the "App") you agree to these terms. The App is provided by Melih Mollaoğlu, an individual developer. Contact: destek@simplywordsapp.com
1. The service
Simply Words is a mobile app that helps Turkish speakers learn English words and phrases through picture cards, spaced repetition, exercises, games and collectible cards. Content and features may change over time.
2. Your account
- You need to create an account with your email address and confirm it to use the App.
- You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password confidential.
- Children under 13 may not use the App; users under 18 may use it with the permission of a parent or guardian.
3. Acceptable use
- Usernames and profile photos may not contain insults, hate speech, obscenity, impersonation or anything that infringes others' rights.
- Abusing the App, its rewards or the invite system through cheating, automation or fake accounts is not allowed.
- Copying, distributing or reverse-engineering the App's code, content or images without permission is not allowed.
If these rules are broken, content may be removed, rewards revoked or the account suspended.
4. Free use and subscriptions
- The core of the App is free, with some limits such as the number of new words per day.
- Premium and Premium Plus subscriptions and the lifetime Premium purchase are made through the App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown on the purchase screen.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your store account under the store's rules.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription in the Subscriptions section of your store settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
- If a free trial is offered, it converts into a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
- Lifetime Premium covers Premium features for as long as the App is offered; it does not include the Premium Plus packs.
- You can restore your purchases on a new device with "Restore purchases".
5. Invite rewards and collectible cards
Invite rewards, collectible cards, points and ranks are in-app items without monetary value; they cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money. Reward rules may change, and rewards may be revoked if abuse is detected.
6. Intellectual property
The "Simply Words" name, logo, mascot, cards, images, word lists, example sentences and all other content belong to or are licensed by Melih Mollaoğlu. You may use the App only for personal, non-commercial learning.
7. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will run without interruption or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the App. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
8. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time in the App (Account deletion). Accounts may be suspended or closed for serious breaches of these terms.
9. Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated; important changes will be announced in the App or on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
